This one is very simple and no it does not have a cape...
Get a cauldron, fill it with water. k? Good...
Run a redstone wire directly from the back into a lever for now. And... Flip the lever.
What it does is with a direct redstone input (Dust only. Repeaters will not work) and a signal either from a torch, button, lever, whatever... It will create a water source above your cauldron, sort of like a fountain.
But that isn't all it does. It also allows your cauldron to be an infinite water source. No more will you need the 2x2x1 holes with water to refill the cauldrons or to work on that next project.
One bucket, One cauldron, you're done.
